Nurturing Farms Private Limited is located at Ghooni No 1 in the Kathgharia area of Haldwani. We are at the residence of Yogendra Kumar Tiwari. Haldwani is a busy place, acting as the gateway to the mountains, and being in Kathgharia gives us a bit of space while still being close to the action. Our company is all about the practical side of farming. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just spend our time dealing with the everyday realities of running a farm business. Whether it’s managing the workers or looking at the quality of the soil, there’s always something that needs attention. Yogendra Kumar Tiwari’s place is where we handle the administration, but you won’t find us sitting behind desks for very long. Most of the time, we’re out where the actual work is happening. The weather here in Haldwani can get very hot compared to the hills, so we have to plan our days carefully to avoid the worst of the sun. We are just a group of people who know about farming and want to make it work in this part of Uttarakhand. We’ve been part of the Ghooni community for a while now, and we’ve seen a lot of changes, but the basics of growing things remain the same. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single day.
