RV Hotels & Resorts LLP is based out of House Number 240 in Sivaji Colony. We are right off Rampur Road in Haldwani. It is a busy part of town. Haldwani is the gateway to the hills, so there is always a lot of movement. We are a small Limited Liability Partnership. Our office is just a regular house turned into a workspace. It's not a glass building or anything like that. We handle the resort business from here. Usually, it's just the sound of the traffic on Rampur Road and us on the phones. We have been in Nainital district for a while. The work is steady but it keeps us on our toes. We don't spend money on big advertisements. We just rely on doing things right and people talking. Most of us grew up around here. We know the roads and the local spots. Sometimes the electricity goes out when it rains hard, but we just wait it out and get back to work. It’s a very local operation. We don’t have a human resources department or a big board of directors. It is just a few of us making decisions as we go. We are just a normal business in a normal colony, trying to keep the hotels and resorts running well for the people who visit this part of Uttarakhand. It is a long day’s work, but we are used to it.
