We are located up in Nainital, Uttarakhand, which is a big change from the dusty streets of Delhi. The pin code here is 263001. Being in the hills means the weather is always a topic of conversation for us. Sometimes it’s foggy, sometimes it’s raining, and in the winter, it gets really cold. Our office handles the management of various hotels in the region. It’s a different pace of life up here compared to the big cities. We don't have the same kind of rush, but during the tourist season, things get incredibly busy. The roads get blocked with cars and people coming to see the lake. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. Our office is just a regular building, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, we have our files and our computers and we spend the day coordinating with the different hotel properties. You can see the trees and sometimes the mountains depending on which window you look out of. It’s a decent place to work. We don't use a lot of fancy words or have big meetings. We just talk about what needs to be done for the day and then we do it. Most of us have lived in Uttarakhand our whole lives, so we’re used to the mountain lifestyle. It’s just how we live and work here.
