Nainital Homes Andnainital Homes And Resorts Llp is based in Bhowali, right on the Ramgarh Road. Our main spot is in Shyamkhet, which is a very beautiful area full of fruit trees. We started this because we saw a lot of people looking for homes and cottages in the hills rather than just staying in crowded hotels. Bhowali is a great place because it is right in the middle of everything, but it is much quieter than Nainital town. We spend our time managing different properties for people. It is not always easy. Sometimes a guest calls because a heater isn't working or they can't find the key to the gate. We have to jump in the car and head over to Shyamkhet or wherever the house is to fix it. We are just a small group of people who live and work here. We know all the local shopkeepers and the guys who fix the roofs. We don't have a polished corporate image. Our office is small and usually has a few tea cups sitting around. We like the work because we get to see so many different houses and meet people from all over. It is a busy life, especially during the summer season, but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else but these hills.
