Vijaylaxmi Engineering

If you go down Mansar Road in Ramtek, you will see us right near Hotel Shidori. We have been working out of this spot for a good while now, dealing with all sorts of engineering and machine work. It’s a dusty area sometimes, especially with the traffic going towards the tehsil, but we don't mind it much. Most days we are busy with repairs or putting things together for local projects around Nagpur district. It is just a handful of us here getting our hands dirty and making sure the machines are running like they are supposed to. We don't have a big front office or anyone in a suit answering the phones. Usually, you’ll just find someone out back near the tools. The address is pretty easy to find if you know where the hotel is. We do a lot of small jobs for people in the neighborhood and some bigger ones that take a few weeks. It gets loud with the welding and the grinding sounds, but that is just part of the day at Vijaylaxmi Engineering. We started small and just kept at it without making a big fuss about things. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until late evening. Sometimes we run out of parts and have to wait for a delivery, which can be annoying, but we manage. We just take it one day at a time here and keep the shop running as best as we can.
