Jadhao Engineers

Out here at J-22 in the Butibori MIDC area, things stay pretty consistent. We do a lot of engineering work which basically means we are always covered in a bit of grease or dust. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can get the jobs finished on time. Butibori is a bit of a trek for some of the staff, but we’ve got a good group here who don't mind the commute. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and then trying to make the parts match up. It’s a lot of measuring and double-checking so we don't have to redo things later. The fans in the ceiling try their best, but it stays warm in the summer months. We usually keep the big doors open to get a breeze through the workshop. There is a small shop down the road where we grab snacks when the afternoon slump hits. It’s a straightforward operation with no real frills. We know most of the other business owners on this block and we help each other out if someone needs a tool or a bit of advice. Most of us have been working with machines since we were young, so it’s just what we know how to do. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on.
