You can find us at Shivam Kunj, which is Plot Number 57 in Barde Nagar. We are based out of Zaran Modak’s place here in Nagpur, specifically in the 440013 area. It is a bit of a residential setting, but that is where we do all our Infocad work. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed compared to a typical tech office. We have our computers set up and we spend the majority of our hours working on various mapping and cad projects. Barde Nagar is a decent spot, fairly quiet which helps when you need to concentrate on technical drawings and data. We don’t have a big neon sign or a fancy lobby with a fountain. It is just a regular house where professional work happens every day. We started out here and just stayed because it works for us. Most people who come by are here for specific project meetings, so we don’t get a lot of random foot traffic. We handle the technical side of things without making it sound more complicated than it needs to be. It’s about getting the files right and making sure the clients get what they asked for on time. We take our breaks in the kitchen or out on the porch, then get back to the screens. It’s a simple, straightforward way of doing business in a local neighborhood without any of the extra corporate fluff.
