U.B. Engg. Ltd.

Our office for U.B. Engg. Ltd. is located at 154B, Rigved, in the Dixit Nagar area of Nagpur. We’re right off Nari Road, which is a fairly well-known part of the city. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the neighborhood has grown up around us. It’s a bit of a residential feel here, which we like because it’s not as cold as a big business park. We have a small team working out of this building. Most of our day is spent dealing with engineering plans and coordinating with people on different sites. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or a receptionist at the front. You just walk in and you’ll likely see one of us at a desk covered in papers. We keep things informal and friendly. Nagpur is a good place to be for this kind of work, and we’ve made a lot of connections over the years. We don’t really do any big advertising; we just let our work speak for itself. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy when we’re in the middle of a big project, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure we’re providing what’s needed. It’s a steady way to work, and we enjoy being part of the local community here on Nari Road. We aren't interested in sounding corporate. We just want to do our jobs well and get through the week without too many headaches.
