Out here in the Butibori MIDC area, things are quite different from the city center. It’s an industrial zone through and through. Our place is at A15/18, and it’s a big, open site because the equipment we handle at Therm-X Industrial Equipment Pvt. Ltd. needs the space. The sun gets really hot in this part of the country, and you can feel the heat radiating off the roads and the metal buildings by noon. There isn't much shade around, so we spend most of our time inside the shop floor where it’s a bit cooler, though the machines generate their own heat too. We’ve got a team of people who travel quite a way to get here every day. The work is heavy and it requires a lot of attention to detail. We aren't the type to put on suits or sit in air-conditioned offices all day. Our clothes usually have a bit of dirt or grease on them by lunchtime. The MIDC can be a lonely place sometimes because everything is so spread out, but we have our own little community inside the gates. We keep the equipment moving and make sure everything is sorted out before we close up for the night. It’s a practical way of living and working. We don't bother with fancy descriptions or trying to sound like a big multinational. We’re just a bunch of folks in Butibori getting it done.
