Manoj Fabrication Engineering Work

Our shop is at No. 17 on Great Nag Road. It’s called Manoj Fabrication Engineering Work. We do a lot of welding and metalwork here. The place is usually full of iron rods, sheets, and the smell of cut metal. It’s a hands-on kind of job. We don't wear suits; we wear work clothes that get dirty pretty fast. Great Nag Road is a place where you find a lot of workshops like ours. We’ve been at this spot for a long time. People bring us all sorts of things to fix or build. Sometimes it’s a gate, sometimes it’s a frame for a machine. We use old tools and some newer ones too. It’s noisy and there are sparks flying often. We have to be careful. The guys here have been doing this for years, so they know the trade well. We aren't much for fancy talk. If someone needs something made, we look at the measurements and get to work. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to work, especially when it rains and the roof leaks a bit. We just move the stuff to a dry spot and keep going. It’s a practical life. We take pride in just getting the job done. It’s not perfect, but it’s solid work. That’s how we do things at our workshop. We’re here most days from morning until evening. It’s just what we do to get by and keep the business running for the family.
