Mahindra Engineering Ltd. Pune

We are over here in Nagpur at Plot No.260 in the New Balaji Nagar Extension area, right off Manewada Road. It’s a bit funny because the company name says Pune, but we’ve been operating out of this Nagpur spot for quite a while now. The neighborhood is mostly residential houses and small shops, so things stay pretty quiet during the day except for the usual traffic on the main road. Our office isn't anything fancy or polished, just a regular building where we handle the engineering side of things. Most of the guys here live nearby in the city, so we just walk or take a short bike ride to get into work every morning. We deal with technical drawings and project planning mostly. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at blueprints for hours. Sometimes the heat in Nagpur gets really intense, especially in the late afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and get through the stack of work on our desks. We’ve been at this address for a good bit, and the locals around Manewada Road know us well enough. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy, just the address on the gate so people can find us. It’s a practical setup. We start early, take a lunch break around one, and usually head home by six or so. There’s a small tea stall just down the street where we all gather if things get too hectic in the office.
