Chestor Bpo Training Institute

Our little setup is located at Geeta Society in Nagpur, specifically at Plot No. 85. We operate out of a space cared for by Saguna Kisan Padwar, under Shritaj Malakwade. It’s more of a home-style environment than a stiff school. We spend our days helping people understand how BPO work functions. There are a couple of rooms where we practice speaking and using the headsets. It gets noisy when everyone is talking at once, but that’s how you learn, I guess. We aren’t a massive institute with billboards everywhere. Most folks find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. The Geeta Society area is pretty residential, so it feels comfortable coming here. We have a few computers and some old chairs, and we just go through the basics of how to handle calls and deal with customers. It's practical work. Sometimes the tea break is the highlight of the afternoon when we all stand outside the plot and chat for a bit. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything. You just walk in, find a seat, and start learning. It’s just us trying to help local guys and girls get ready for a proper job in the city. We even have a small cooler for water in the corner that rattles when it’s on, but it keeps us hydrated in the Nagpur heat.
