Abacus & Brain Gym

You can find Abacus & Brain Gym over in Nandanvan Colony. We are in a building called Aanand Palace. If you see the local dairy, we are right beside it. That’s usually how people find us—they just look for the dairy and walk over. Nandanvan is a nice, residential area and it feels quite safe for the kids who come here for their classes. We don’t have a massive hall, just some space inside Aanand Palace where we set up the tables and chairs. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs to get to us. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, except for when the dairy has its deliveries or when school lets out. We have been here for a bit now, and most of the locals recognize the name. It’s not a big franchise or anything fancy, just a small place for local children to work on their abacus skills. The light in the rooms is pretty good during the day. We don't spend money on big ads or glossy posters. Most of our students come because their neighbors told them about us. Nagpur weather can be a bit much, especially in May, but we have some fans going to keep the kids comfortable. It’s a very simple, down-to-earth operation. We open up in the mornings and stay until the last batch finishes in the evening. It’s just an honest little business in the heart of Nandanvan for the community.
