Modelling Institutes & Designing

Modelling Institutes & Designing is located at G/34 in the Vyapar Sankul Sita Building. We are right next to the Cinemax Cinema in Sitabuldi. Being in Sitabuldi means it is always loud and crowded, but we have gotten used to the noise over the years. Our space on the ground floor is where we do all our designing and run the institute. It’s not a very large place, so things can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of people in. We don’t go for any of that corporate polishing. Our walls are covered with sketches and notes rather than fancy awards. We just focus on teaching and working on our designs. The building itself is a bit older, but it has a lot of character. We don’t have a big mission statement or any promotional talk. We just show up every morning and get to work. Sometimes the street traffic makes it hard for people to find parking, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We like being near the cinema because it’s a great landmark for everyone. We are just a group of people who enjoy what we do. No suits or ties here, just regular clothes and a lot of hard work. It is a practical setup that works for us, and we plan to stay here for a long time. It isn't a perfect place, but it's where we spend our days. We just deal with the heat and the noise and keep moving along.
