Our place is situated in Bajrang Nagar, right near Agersen Chowk. It is a busy intersection, so there is always some noise from the traffic outside. Balajee Structurals (India) Ltd. has been operating from this location for quite a while. The building isn't anything fancy to look at, just a regular structure that serves our needs. We have a lot of metal and materials coming in and out. The chowk is a good landmark for people who aren't familiar with the area. If you find the main junction, you’re basically there. We spend a lot of time out in the yard and in the back sections where the real work happens. It’s a dusty environment, but that’s just how it is with structural work. Our office is tucked into one side of the property. We usually have the fans going all day to keep the heat down. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend money on expensive furniture or things like that. Most of the guys here have been working together for years. We know the routines. The morning starts early with loading up the trucks. By evening, we’re usually just cleaning up and getting ready for the next day. Sometimes the local shops around Agersen Chowk get crowded, but it’s a lively place to be. We like being centrally located because it makes things easier for logistics. It's a tough job but it's what we know.
