St Andrews High School

We are based in Srirampura, which is a part of Mysore that feels a bit more relaxed than the city center. St Andrews High School is just a local building where we spend most of our daylight hours. The area around here has changed over the years, but the school stays pretty much as it has always been. You can find us by looking for the gate that stays open for the students coming in from the nearby streets. We don't have a huge marketing budget or anything like that, so most people find out about us just by living in the neighborhood. The rooms have tall windows that let in some light, which is nice on the sunny days Mysore is known for. We spend a lot of time talking to parents who drop by to ask about their kids or just to see what's happening. It’s not always quiet; actually, it’s rarely quiet when the classes are in session, but that’s just how a school works. We have a small playground area where the kids run around during their breaks. The grass isn't always perfectly green, especially when it’s dry, but it serves its purpose. We just try to keep things running smoothly, making sure the bells ring on time and the lessons get finished. It’s a plain, honest place to work and learn every day.
