Smp Caterers

Our place is over at 1174 on 4th Lalithadri Road in Mysore. It is a quiet residential area for the most part, near the Lava Kusa Park. You can usually hear kids playing there in the evenings. We do a lot of our work right here in the Kuvempunagar area. The kitchen gets busy very early in the morning, sometimes before the sun is even up. We have big pots and stoves that take up most of the space. It’s a lot of washing, cutting, and stirring. We go through a lot of bags of rice and vegetables every week. The 2nd Gange Cross is where the delivery vans pull in to load up. It can be a bit tight when the neighbors are parked on the street. We try to be quick about it so we don't block the road. Mysore weather is usually nice, which helps when you are standing over a hot fire all day. We have been here for a bit and people around know us by the smell of the spices. There is nothing fancy about how we operate. We just have our routine and we stick to it. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have two jobs on the same day, but we manage. We keep the floors scrubbed and the containers stacked. It is just honest work that keeps us on our feet from morning till night. We like it that way.
