Our place is located at No. 3325/15/C in Bannimantap, which is part of the Tilaknagar area in Mysore. Being near the Old Shalimar Theatre makes it easy to explain where we are to people who are not from around here. We handle a lot of food and equipment every single day. It gets pretty busy, especially when there are big events happening in the city. The kitchen is usually the loudest part of the building. We have got big pots and pans everywhere. It is not the most organized-looking place if you just walk in, but we know where everything is kept. Mysore is a beautiful city to work in. We have been here in Tilaknagar for quite some time. The street outside can get a bit crowded with scooters and delivery vans, but that is just part of the job. We do not really do fancy office stuff. Most of our time is spent over the stoves or packing up crates. It is physical work and it keeps us tired, but it is what we know how to do. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just keep going anyway. We are not trying to be the biggest in Mysore, just trying to get the orders out on time.
