Mezbaan Caterers

Our kitchen is tucked away in Karim Blk, right in the Ediga Extn area near Anegundi Rd. It’s a lively part of Shivarathreeswara Nagar, and we’ve been operating from No.3333 for several years now. Most days start before the sun is even up. We have to get the fires going and start prepping the ingredients for whatever orders we have that day. It’s a lot of chopping, stirring, and tasting. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. Instead, we have a workspace that’s filled with large metal pots, stacks of containers, and the sound of gas burners humming. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have three or four big events on the same day, but we usually manage to pull it through. The guys who work here have been with us for a long time, so everyone knows their job without having to be told. We use local markets for most of what we buy, so we’re always seeing familiar faces when we go out for supplies. Anegundi Rd can be a real pain with the traffic, especially when we’re trying to load the vans. But that’s just part of life here. We aren't trying to be the biggest outfit in town, just a reliable one that does the work properly. We like what we do, and we like being part of this neighborhood. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy.
