You can find Janani Multi Cuisine Restaurant at No. 331 on Infosys Road in the Hebbal Industrial Estate in Mysore. We are situated right near the Infosys campus, so we get a lot of the young professionals and workers from the tech park. It’s a different vibe compared to the older parts of Mysore. Our place is fairly straightforward. We have a decent-sized dining area with plain tables and chairs. We call ourselves a multi-cuisine restaurant because we try to offer a variety of things so that different people in a group can find something they like. It’s not a fancy setup with tablecloths or expensive decor. We focus more on just getting the work done. The kitchen is a busy place, especially around lunch when the offices empty out and everyone is in a hurry to eat and get back. We have a small team of cooks and waiters who have been with us for a while. We spend a lot of time just cleaning up and making sure the supplies are ordered. The road outside is usually quite busy with traffic from the industrial estate. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on the people working in the area to stop by when they are hungry. It’s a lot of routine, but we’re glad to have a steady flow of people coming through the doors every day.
