Raju Driving School

I’ve been running this driving school on Jayalakshmi Vilas Road for a good number of years now. Being right here in Chamundipuram near the RTO Office makes things a lot easier for everyone who comes to us. Mysore has changed quite a bit lately and the roads are getting busier, so people usually come in feeling a bit nervous about getting behind the wheel. We just sit with them and go through the basics until they feel okay. It's not a fancy place, just a small office where we handle the paperwork and talk to the students before heading out. Most people find us because they live around here or they saw our sign while going to the RTO. We spend most of the day out on the streets teaching. It’s a lot of patience, really. Sometimes the cars need work, or the weather is too hot, but we keep at it. My staff and I know these roads like the back of our hands. We don't do anything special, just show people how to handle the clutch and brakes properly. It’s practical work. If you’re around Jayalakshmi Vilas Road, you’ll probably see our cars moving slowly. We try to keep things simple and honest. No big promises, just learning to drive so you can get your license without too much stress. It’s just how we do things here in Mysore.
