Indra Driving School

Indra Driving School has been running out of the BDA Complex in Siddhartha Layout for quite a while. Our office is at 379/E, and you can’t miss us because we’re right opposite the Lalithmahal Camman Gate in Mysore. It’s a great spot for starting out with new drivers because the roads around here are good for practice. We spend most of our time out in the cars rather than sitting behind a desk. You’ll usually see our vehicles moving slowly around the layout with learners behind the wheel. The BDA Complex is a busy place, so there’s always something happening around the office. We keep the paperwork simple and just focus on the lessons. We aren't a big corporate chain with a fleet of hundreds of cars. We are just a local Mysore business helping people get their licenses. Sometimes the students are nervous, so we just talk to them and help them get comfortable with the steering. The view near the Lalithmahal gate is actually quite nice when the sun starts to set. We don’t use any complicated teaching methods or high-tech simulators. It’s just a car, a teacher, and a student on the road. We’ve seen a lot of people go from being scared of the engine to driving confidently through the city. It’s a steady job and we like being part of the Siddhartha Layout community. Every day is different depending on who’s in the driver's seat.
