Bajjanna Lane is a narrow little spot in Chamarajapuram, Mysore. That’s where you’ll find us at NO 1158-1. We’ve been running NST Hospitality Ventures from here for a bit now. Mysore has a certain way of doing things, and we try to stick to that local feel. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our records and manage the hospitality side of the business. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure the supplies get where they need to go. Chamarajapuram is a nice neighborhood with old trees and people who have lived here forever. Sometimes the neighborhood dogs hang out near our entrance. We start our day with a quick sweep of the front and then get into the emails and phone calls. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure the different ventures are all on the same page. We don't have a big HR department or fancy titles; we all just pitch in where it's needed. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we have to wait a bit to get things done. We walk down the lane to get lunch from the local mess nearby. It’s a simple life, focused on getting the work done right. We know the mailman and the tea seller on the corner. It feels more like a small community than a big company. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
