The hotel has been around and we are just one part of the bigger company, but we feel like a local spot. Inside, it’s mostly just the usual hotel business, people checking in and checking out. We have staff who have been here a long time and they know the regulars by name. It isn't a brand new building with glass walls, it feels more like a place that has been lived in. We spend a lot of time making sure the rooms are okay and that the kitchen is ready for the day. It gets busy during the festival seasons in Mysore, and then things can get a bit chaotic, but we manage somehow.
