Hotel Chicken Palace

We’ve been here on Ashoka Road for a while now. If you know the area, we are right across from the N R Traffic Police Station in Mandi Mohalla. It’s a busy part of Mysore, and people usually find us because of the big sign outside. The place isn't fancy or anything, but we keep things clean and the kitchen is always going. Most days it gets pretty crowded around lunch and dinner time. We focus on chicken dishes because that's what we know how to do. My staff has been with me for a few years, and they know how the regulars like their food. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but inside it’s just the usual noise of a working restaurant. We don't really do much advertising. People just walk in from the street or come by because they live nearby in Mandi Mohalla. We open up in the morning and stay busy until the night. The tables are standard, and we try to get the food out as soon as it's ready. It’s a straightforward setup. We chose this spot because it's easy to get to from different parts of the city. There is a lot of movement on Ashoka Road every day. We just try to provide a place where you can sit down and have a meal without too much fuss. That is basically who we are and what happens here every day at the palace.
