Hotel Crystal Paark Inn

We’re located at Number 2 on Nazarabad Main Road. If you look across the street, you’ll see the park right there, which is nice for a bit of green in the middle of Mysore. The road out front can get pretty jammed with autos and bikes, especially during the festival seasons. Our building is a straightforward one, not too many frills. We spend our mornings getting the coffee ready and checking which rooms need the most work. It’s a lot of walking up and down the halls. The rooms have basic stuff in them—beds, some chairs, and a place to hang clothes. We don't have any of those fancy modern designs. It feels more like an old house in some ways. We deal with the usual things like light bulbs burning out or the TV remote batteries dying. It’s a small operation, so you’ll see the same faces every day. The park across the way is good for a walk when we get a break from the desk. We try to keep the place clean, though the dust from the road is a constant battle. Most of our guests are families who are here to see the palace or the local sights. We just give them their keys and let them go about their day. It’s a practical spot for a stay.
