Spring Restaurant

You can find us at No.1 inside the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel on MG Road in Mysore. We are sitting right next to the Mall of Mysore. Being in a big hotel means things are usually moving fast. We get a lot of different people coming through the doors. Some are staying in the hotel and others are just walking over after doing their shopping at the mall. It’s a nice spot on MG Road. The staff here has been together for a bit and we just try to keep the tables clean and the food coming out hot. It is a bit different than a standalone shop because we have to follow the hotel rules. But inside the kitchen it is the same as anywhere else. There is a lot of steam and noise and people shouting orders. We spend a lot of time making sure the plates look decent before they go out. Mysore is a busy place especially during the holidays and we see the crowds then. We don't do much talking about ourselves. We just show up and start the shift. Some days are longer than others but that is just the way the restaurant business goes. We have a good view of the street from some of the windows. It’s a steady place to work and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the mall next door. We just do our work and go home.
