We are located on Kanthraj Urs Road in the Kuvempunagar area of Mysore. It’s a local spot where people come for sweets and snacks. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time. Most of the people who come in are our neighbors who live just a few streets away. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing team. It’s just the shop floor and the area in the back where we make everything fresh. We try to keep the glass cases full of stuff every day. Some days are busier than others, especially when there’s a local festival or a holiday going on. We don't do anything too fancy with our packaging or the way the shop looks. It’s just a practical place to get what you need for your home. The staff here know most of the customers by name. We just focus on making things the way we always have for years. There’s no need to change things if they are working fine for everyone. We open up early in the morning and stay until the evening. It’s a steady routine that we've gotten used to. We like being part of Kuvempunagar. It’s a nice place to live and have a business. We don't have any big goals other than just keeping the shop going for another day. It is just what we do.
