Bopys Garden Restaurant

If you are driving down Hunsur Road in Mysore, look for the Aishwarya Petrol Bunk. We are right near that, in the A1 Block of Vijayanagar 3rd Stage. The garden part of the name is real because we have trees and plants all around the seating area. It’s a bit of a relief from the dusty road outside. We started this place because the space was there. It’s not a five-star setup, just a local garden restaurant where families come. Sometimes the mosquitoes are a bother in the evenings, but we try to manage. The staff has been here for years. We know where every plate and spoon goes. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate to the back tables. We have a lot of space, so kids usually run around while the parents eat. It gets quite dark at night, but we have some lights strung up. We don't do much advertising. People in Vijayanagar just know us as the place by the bunk. We serve what we have on the menu that day. If we run out of something, we just tell you. It’s honest work. The kitchen is always busy around 8 PM. It’s a bit old-fashioned in how we do things, but it works for us. We just keep the garden watered and the tables ready for the local families.
