Biryani Delight

Biryani Delight is on the first floor of an old building in Mysore. The address is Old No.55/A, but the new one is D-31. We are in the Gokulam area, right on Park Road. If you are standing near Nirmala Convent, you just have to look across the street to find us. It’s a bit of a climb up to the first floor. We don’t have any elevators or anything fancy. The kitchen is where we spend all our time. We use the 1st Main and 2nd Cross roads to get our supplies every morning. Gokulam is a nice part of town, usually a bit quieter than the city center. We are just a small team of local people. We don’t use any corporate talk or have a big business plan. We just like to cook. The building has its old charm, though it needs a bit of paint here and there. We don't spend money on big ads or polished websites. We’d rather just make sure the food is cooked right. Sometimes the rain in Mysore makes things slow, but we stay open. It’s a practical setup and we do everything ourselves. If you are in the neighborhood, stop by. You can see the kitchen from the entrance. It’s a real place with real people working hard every day to keep things going. We don't have fancy uniforms or big titles here. It's just a regular kitchen and a few chairs.
