Bombay Tiffanys Annexe

Our shop is located on D Devaraj Urs Road in Mysore. It's a busy street, so there's always something going on right outside the front door. We call it the Annexe because it's part of our setup here. We sell sweets and snacks mostly. People stop in while they are out shopping or running errands in the middle of the day. The counters are usually full of different things we've made that morning. We don't really do much advertising. People just see the sign and walk in. The staff have been here for a long time, so they know the regulars and what they usually buy. Sometimes we run out of things early if it's a holiday, but we try to keep the shelves stocked as best we can. It’s a small space, so it can get a bit crowded on weekends or during the evenings. We just try to keep things moving and help everyone. There’s no big philosophy here. We just make the food and sell it. Mysore is a nice place to have a business like this. Most of our customers live nearby or work in the other shops on Devaraj Urs Road. It's just a normal daily routine for us. We open the shutters, set everything out, and wait for the first person to come in. That’s really all there is to it. We keep things going day by day without making it complicated for anyone.
