Simply Kodavas

Simply Kodavas is located in the Gokulam area of Mysore, specifically at No.2295 on the 5th Main. We are right on Gokulam Main Road, next to the Cubs in V V Mohalla. This neighborhood is usually a bit more relaxed than the center of the city, which suits us just fine. We focus on the food from the Coorg region, which is what we know best. It’s a small operation here, and we don't have any big corporate backing. It’s just us in the kitchen and at the tables. The street outside has a lot of trees and people walking their dogs or going to yoga classes. We’ve been at this spot for some time now, and we’ve gotten to know the people who live nearby. We don't really do anything flashy. The interior is simple, and we spend most of our energy on the cooking. Being next to Cubs makes us easy to spot if you’re driving down the main road. Sometimes we run out of certain things if the day is busy, but we just do our best with what we have. It’s a local business through and through. We appreciate the regulars who come in every week. It feels more like a community spot than a typical restaurant. We just stay focused on the work and the food we grew up with, keeping things as they should be.
