Sasya Restaurant

We are located inside the Gallery View Hotel on Deshika Road here in Mysore. If you look out the front, you can see Jaganmohan Palace right across from us. It gets quite busy on this side of K R Mohalla, especially when the tourists are walking around the palace grounds. We've been operating in this spot for a while now. Most days start pretty early with the staff getting the tables ready and checking the kitchen supplies. The fans are usually humming in the background to keep the air moving. We see a lot of people coming in from the hotel upstairs and also folks just passing by on the street. It’s a plain place, nothing too fancy. We just focus on getting the food out on time and making sure the floors are swept. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but inside it’s usually just the sound of plates and people talking quietly. We have a few regular customers from the neighborhood who stop by at the same time every day. They usually sit in the same corner seats. The lighting is bright enough so people can see what they are eating. It’s just a standard setup with chairs and tables that we wipe down constantly. We don't spend much time on decorations or anything like that. It’s more about the routine of the day and making sure the kitchen is running like it should be.
