RR Halli Mane

We are situated at No.940 on K T Street in Mandi Mohalla. Mysore is a quiet city, but this part of town gets quite busy. Our place is right behind the Mandi Mohalla police station, which makes it very easy for people to find us. We have been serving food here for a while. The name Halli Mane means village house, so we try to keep that feeling in the way we run things. It’s not a modern restaurant with glass walls. We have basic wooden furniture and a very simple layout. Many of our customers are people who live right here in the neighborhood. They come in for breakfast or a quick meal during their lunch break. The kitchen is always humming with the sound of stoves and clinking plates. We don't spend money on big advertisements. People usually just hear about us from their neighbors. The floor is made of stone and we keep it swept throughout the day. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we have fans running. We focus on the cooking more than anything else. Sometimes the smells from the kitchen drift out onto K T Street. If you are near the police station, you will definitely see us. It’s a humble spot where we do our best to provide a decent meal to anyone who walks in.
