Rainbow Public School

Rainbow Public School is situated in the 2nd Stage of Bogadi in Mysore. If you know Mysore, you know Bogadi is a bit more relaxed than the busy city center. Our school is right there in the neighborhood, surrounded by houses and some old trees. It is a nice, quiet spot for a school. The building has a simple design, and we have a playground that is mostly dirt and some patches of grass where the kids play football or just run around during their breaks. Mysore weather is usually pretty decent, so we don't have to deal with the extreme heat like in other parts of the state, which makes the days a bit easier for everyone. We have a small office near the entrance where we keep all the records and handle the daily paperwork. The classrooms are basic but they have everything the students need to sit and do their work. We have been part of the Bogadi community for a while now, and a lot of the parents were actually students here themselves many years ago. It feels very familiar and comfortable. We don't go in for anything too modern or high-tech; it is just a solid, traditional school setup. The morning assembly is usually the highlight of the day when everyone is together in the yard. After that, it is just the quiet sound of teachers talking and the occasional bell ringing to change periods. It is a very steady place.
