Our place, nirvaana, is located at Krazy Bowl on B.M Road in the Siddalingapura area of Mysore. It is a bit of a unique spot because we are right near Columbia Asia Hospital. This means we see a real mix of people coming through. You have the younger crowd who are here for the bowling and the fun, and then you have people who might be visiting the hospital and just need a place to sit and eat something. It makes for an interesting atmosphere every day. B.M Road is a main stretch, so there is always a lot of traffic passing by. Inside, we try to keep things organized, but on the weekends when the bowling alley is full, it gets really loud and energetic. We spend our time managing the tables and making sure everyone is taken care of. There are always dishes to be washed and floors to be swept. It’s a lot of work to keep a place like this running smoothly in such a busy location. We have been here for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the place. Some days are slow and we can take a bit of a breather, but most of the time we are on the move. We don't try to be anything we are not; we just provide a place for people to eat while they are out in Mysore.
