We are based over in Sadrudeen Nagar here in Muzaffarnagar. It is a quiet enough spot most days, though things get busy when the harvest comes around. Kutbi Krishak Producer Company Limited is really just a group of us who work the land and try to keep things moving. We spend a lot of time out in the sun, checking on how the crops are doing and making sure everything is ready for the next season. It is not always easy with the way the weather changes around here lately. Sometimes it rains too much and other times it is bone dry for weeks. We just handle it as it comes. It is mostly just the local folks coming together to share the load. People know us by name and we know them. That is how things work best in a place like this. We might be tired by the end of the day, but that is part of the job. There is always something that needs fixing or a field that needs looking at. We try to keep our feet on the ground and just do the work that needs doing. It keeps us busy and out of trouble, for the most part anyway.
