Lalaurikhera Farmers Producer Company Limited is located in the village and post of Lalaurikhera. We use Bablu Singh’s place as our main address in the 262001 area. We are just a local group of farmers who wanted to do things together. It’s not a big corporate thing at all. We spend most of our time out in the fields and only come to the office when we have to deal with the books. Lalaurikhera is a small village and everyone knows us. We started Lalaurikhera Farmers Producer Company Limited because it was getting harder to manage everything on our own. We don't have any fancy mission statements or marketing talk. We just want to farm and make sure we can support our families. Bablu helps keep the files in order at his place. It’s a bit informal but it works for us. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. Just a group of neighbors who decided to work under one name. Sometimes we have meetings to talk about seeds or tools. We don't use complicated language. We just say what needs to be said. If you are looking for us, we are usually around the village. It is a quiet place and we just do our work day in and day out.
