At Smridh Krishi Bio Energy Producercompany Limited, we work out of Vpo Jansath. Our office is right there at Ajay Dharam Kanta, which is close to the Kotwali. Being near the police station and the dharam kanta means there is always something happening outside. Narendra Singh is the one who handles the main things here. We are focused on bio energy, which is a lot of work and involves a lot of learning as we go. It is not like a regular office job. We are often out talking to people in the village or checking on equipment. Jansath is a place where people know each other, so we spend a good amount of time just catching up with folks who stop by. The dharam kanta is a busy spot with trucks coming and going, so it can be pretty loud during the day. We don't have a polished website or a marketing department. We just have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of passion for what we are trying to do with the energy projects. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside and talk until it comes back. It is a very local way of doing things. We are just a group of people from the area trying to make something work for the community. It is practical and sometimes messy, but it is ours. We show up every day and just get on with it.
