We have been at 248 M on Azad Road for a long time. People usually find us by looking for Nagori Clinic across the street. The shop is small but we keep it packed with all sorts of hardware items. It gets busy in Madanpura, especially in the mornings when the local workers come by for supplies. We spend most of our day organizing shelves and helping people find specific screw sizes or tools they need for their home repairs. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we manage. My father started this and now we just keep it going. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular shop where you can get what you need for fixing things. We have a lot of regular faces coming in. We don't really do much advertising because the word of mouth around Nagpada is enough. If we don't have something in stock, we try to get it by the next day. It is just the way we work here. The shelves are a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but the tools are good. We drink a lot of tea while waiting for customers. Most days are pretty much the same, just checking inventory and making sure the bills are right. If you are walking down Azad Road, you will see our sign. It is usually propped up near the entrance and has been there for years.
