We've been over here at El-3 in the J-Block of MIDC Bhosari for a while now. Most folks in Pune know this area is busy with all kinds of factories and shops. It gets pretty loud and dusty around the industrial estate, but it's where the work happens. Mitsubishi Electric India Pvt. Ltd. is just one of the many spots set up in this part of town. Usually, the morning commute into Bhosari is a bit of a headache with all the trucks, but once you get inside the gates, things settle down. We handle the daily operations from this office. It’s not a fancy place, just a functional space where we keep things moving. Sometimes the power flickers or the tea guy is late, but that's just part of life in MIDC. People come and go, deliveries arrive at the back, and we try to stay on top of the paperwork. There’s a lot of metalwork and engineering going on in the neighboring units, so there is always a hum of machinery in the background. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. It’s more about getting the job done and making sure everything is where it should be by the end of the day. If you’re driving through J-Block, you’ll see our sign among the others. It’s a straightforward setup for a team that stays busy. We’ve got a small corner for snacks and a lot of binders full of technical specs that we refer to constantly.
