Our office is in Sri Joravar Bhavan. We are at 93 M Karve Road in the Marine Lines area. It’s a great spot because we are so close to the station. You can almost smell the sea air when the wind blows the right way. Nickunj Eximp Entp P Ltd is the name we go by. The building is one of those classic South Mumbai structures. It has thick walls and a certain feeling of history to it. We aren't interested in being a flashy corporate entity. We are just a group of people working hard at 93 M Karve Road. The street outside is always full of life, with people rushing to the train and cars heading towards Churchgate. Inside Sri Joravar Bhavan, things are a bit more stable. We have our daily tasks and we stick to them. Nickunj Eximp Entp P Ltd has been around for some time, and this office is where everything happens. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of our day is spent at our desks or talking in the hallway. The space is filled with files and the sound of typing. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We appreciate the convenience of Marine Lines. It makes it easy for everyone to get here. We just keep things simple and keep the business running from this old, reliable building. It’s home for us during the work week.
