We’re located in the Marathon Innova building, specifically in unit B2/909. It’s right across from the Peninsula Corporate Park on Ganpatrao Kadam Marg in Lower Parel. This part of Mumbai has changed a lot over the years with all the big corporate parks moving in. Even though the surroundings look quite fancy now, our office at Hemant Tools remains just a regular workplace. We’ve been dealing with tools and industrial supplies for a long time. Our space is usually filled with samples and catalogs. No big team of sales people in suits works here. It’s mostly just us answering the phones and keeping track of our stock. Lower Parel is always a bit of a maze with the traffic, but being near the corporate park makes us easy to locate. Corporate jargon isn't used here. We prefer to just talk plainly about what we have and what we can do. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the paperwork, but we know where everything is. We just try to be helpful to anyone who calls or stops by. It’s a busy environment and we’re usually pretty occupied with orders. We aren't trying to be the biggest; we’re just here doing our job in Lower Parel every day like everyone else. Most people in the tool trade around Ganpatrao Kadam Marg know us well enough.
