You can find us at Peerbhai Terrace, on the first floor. The address is 102/C, Jss Road, right by the Opera House area. It’s a very old part of town and the building has a lot of character, even if the stairs are a bit steep. Delux Enterprises is written on the door. Working on Jss Road means there is never a quiet moment. The traffic near Opera House is always moving and honking. We like being on the first floor because it’s a bit away from the street dust but still close enough to hear everything. The office is simple. We have our desks and our files and we just get on with it. Peerbhai Terrace isn't a modern glass tower, it’s a real Mumbai building with high ceilings and old windows. We’ve been operating under the name Delux Enterprises for quite a while from this same spot. Most days are just about handling the paperwork and talking to people who drop by. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because that's not what we are about. It’s a practical space for practical work. When it’s time for a break, there are plenty of small places around Jss Road to grab a quick bite. We like the rhythm of this neighborhood. It’s got a lot of history and we are just one small part of it. Being at 102/C suits us just fine for what we do every day.
