Zalani Collection

We have been at the Shivdarshan Shopping Centre for quite a while now, right across from the railway station in Santacruz West. It is a very busy spot but we like the energy here. Zalani Collection is just what we do every single day. People come in from the Crawford Market area or when they are getting off the train. It gets really crowded sometimes, especially on the weekends, but that is just how it is around here. We spend most of our mornings setting things up and making sure everything looks okay on the shelves. It is not a fancy place, just a regular shop where we try to keep things moving. Sometimes the fans do not work right and it gets a bit warm inside, but we manage. Most of the folks who stop by are locals or people just passing through the station. We know many of them by face now. It is a lot of manual work, lifting boxes and talking to everyone who walks through the door. We do not have a big team, just a few of us here making sure the day goes smoothly. The address is easy to find because everyone knows the station area. We usually open up early and stay until the evening rush finally dies down. There is always something to fix or a shelf to restock. It is just a normal business in a busy part of town.
