Zaiqua Chinese Fast Food is located in Malad West, specifically over in the Panjetani Estate Narol area near Chandiodia Lake. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but once you find us at 84/666, it’s pretty straightforward. We specialize in the kind of Indo-Chinese food that everyone around here grew up eating. It’s all about the high heat and the heavy woks. The kitchen is usually a cloud of steam and the sound of metal scraping against metal. We aren't trying to be a five-star restaurant. We’re a fast food spot. We’ve got a couple of small tables, but most people just take their food to go. Working in Malad West means it’s always busy. There’s a lot of energy in the Panjetani Estate, and we try to match that. We source our vegetables from the local market every morning. Sometimes the delivery guy is late because of the traffic near the lake, and we have to scramble to get things ready before the first customer shows up. That’s just how it is. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy logo. We just have our pans and our recipes. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the regulars' orders before they even speak. It’s a simple life, focused on getting the noodles and rice out as fast as we can to the people waiting.
