Gate Gourmet India

Gate Gourmet India is based out of Aram Nagar 2, which is a pretty unique part of Mumbai if you have ever walked through those lanes. Our place is at number 155, right in the Machlimar area of Versova. It is mostly old bungalows and small offices around here, so it does not feel like a typical corporate park at all. There are always cats wandering around the lanes and the smell of the sea is quite strong because we are so close to the water. We handle a lot of the food and catering side of things from this location. The office itself is practical and gets the job done. We have people coming in early in the morning to start the day, and it usually stays busy until late evening. Since we are in Maharashtra, specifically this bit of Mumbai, the weather gets quite humid, but we have some old AC units that keep us cool enough. It is a bit of a maze to find us if you are not from around here, but once you find Aram Nagar 2, it is easy to spot the gate. We do not have a lot of signage or anything, just a quiet place where the staff works on the meal plans and logistics. It is a hard-working environment, and we usually just grab tea from the local stall nearby when we need a break.
