Dominos Pizza India Limited has a spot in Room No 1 of the Mohd. Ali Painter Chawl in Islampura. This is over in the Chakala area of Andheri East. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai. Our office here handles a lot of the local operations for the area. It’s not a pizza shop where you sit down and eat; it’s more of a hub. There is always someone coming or going. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the bikes outside all day. We have a few computers and some files stacked up in the corner. Being in Mumbai 400099 means we are always dealing with traffic and fast-paced orders. We don't have a fancy corporate vibe here. It’s just a small room where we get things done. Most of the staff live nearby, so they know the shortcuts through the Islampura lanes. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just help manage the pizza business in this part of town. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic, especially on weekend nights. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the orders. It’s a simple setup but it works for us. We’ve been in this chawl for a bit and it feels like part of the neighborhood now. It isn't always easy, but we make sure the logistics are sorted so the pizzas get out fast.
