China Ming

China Ming is located right on Azad Road in Andheri. We have been serving the local crowd here in Mumbai for a while now. It’s a busy street, and we are right in the middle of it all. Our place isn't very large, but we make sure there is enough room for people to sit or wait for their take-away orders. The kitchen is always going, so you can usually smell the food from the sidewalk. We keep the decor simple. There are some tables, some chairs, and the menu is posted up. Most of our regulars come from the nearby offices or the apartments around 400 069. They know what they like, and we try to get it ready fast. It gets pretty loud during the lunch rush and dinner time. Sometimes we run out of chairs, and people just stand around and chat while they wait. We don't have any fancy waiters in suits. It's just us in the back cooking and a couple of people out front handling the cash and the bags. We focus on the pans and the ingredients. Azad Road is a great place to be because there is always someone passing by who is hungry. We see the same faces every week, which is nice. If you are looking for us, just head down towards Andheri and look for the sign. We aren't hard to find. We just do our work and keep the stove hot. The neighbors are good people and we like it here.
