We are over here at Dish Hospitality, tucked away on the first floor of the Mulgoakar Building. If you know Topiwala Lane, you know it gets pretty crowded around Lamington Road. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done. There is a lot of noise from the street below, mostly horns and people shouting, but we’ve gotten used to it by now. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. We spend most of our mornings just going through the usual paperwork for the food business. Someone is always brewing tea in the back corner. It smells like ginger most days. We have a few desks pushed together and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. It is a busy spot in Mumbai 400 007, and there is always something happening right outside the window. We don't really do much marketing or anything like that, we just handle the hospitality side of things for the projects we have. Some days the internet is slow, and we just end up talking about what to eat for lunch. It’s just a regular group of people working here, trying to keep things moving. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but nobody really has the time to think about that right now. We just keep our heads down and do the job as it comes. It's just how we do things here.
